Aleksa Pecelj returned to the WNT winner’s circle in 2026, claiming the Phoenix Open for his first WNT title in three years. The Serbian’s victory came just one week after he finished runner-up at the inaugural Arizona Open, marking an impressive run of form across two consecutive events.

Pecelj first announced himself on the major stage in 2023, securing a commendable 9th place at the World Pool Championship before reaching the semi-finals of the US Open Pool Championship, the first major top-four finish of his professional career. He also claimed victory at the WNT Ranking event Longoni Visoko Open that year.
