ONLY PLAYERS AGED 16 OR UNDER AT THE TIME OF THE EVENT ARE PERMITTED TO PARTICIPATE. PLAYERS CANNOT PLAY IN THE MAIN US OPEN AND WNT NXTGEN FRISCO.
It is MANDATORY for all players to stay at the Embassy Suites for the duration of their participation in the event.
ALL rooms at the discounted player rate are now sold out. All remaining players must contact the hotel directly to reserve a room.
Entry Fees will not be refunded for any player who withdraws less than 21 days prior to the start of the event.

If you see an ‘Out of Stock’ message, please email pool@matchroom.com to be added to the waiting list.
We will do our best to provide you with the shirt size requested, however the size cannot be guaranteed. If your selected size is not available we will allocate you the next available shirt size. Due to print deadlines, entries made after 25th July will not have the player name added to the back of the shirt.
